BTC Indian Health Services, located in the renovated Eaton’s Building in downtown North Battleford, signed a transfer agreement for health funding in 1993

The mission of the organization is to promote, support and encourage the physical, mental, social and spiritual health of First Nations people.

Services include:

• A dental clinic
• A family health clinic with two physicians
• A child daycare program and the Head Start program
• Pre and post-natal support services
• Communicable disease control
• Environmental health programs
• Health education
• Food safety courses
• Addictions services
